MUM is currently in beta testing. While we strive to provide accurate and reliable information, MUM is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. By using MUM, you acknowledge that it is in a developmental phase and may contain errors or inaccuracies.

The information provided by MUM is for informational purposes only and is not intended as medical advice. Do not disregard professional medical advice or delay in seeking it because of information provided by MUM.

You use MUM at your own risk. Appsmiths LLC, its affiliates, and its partners are not responsible for any harm or damage resulting from your use of MUM.

5. Data Collection and Privacy

We collect and anonymize data during the beta phase to enhance MUM’s performance and reliability. By using MUM, you consent to the collection and use of your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

6. Feedback

Your feedback is valuable to us. By submitting feedback, you grant Appsmiths LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute the feedback in any manner.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of MUM, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of Appsmiths LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Modifications to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of MUM after the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to MUM at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Appsmiths LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your use or inability to use MUM; (b) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (c) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our services; (d) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our services by any third party; (e) any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of your use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through MUM; and/or (f) the defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct of any third party.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Mississippi, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Mississippi, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue therein.
